I always enjoy seeing good people succeed, and so last weekend I celebrated Bubba Watson’s win of the Masters. To be honest, I have no idea how to play golf, but I do know that attempting to learn is also not a wise decision. When I was photographing Bubba we chose to talk about something we both knew…. video games, Modern Warfare to be exact. We found our approach to each match to be very similar, all while the actual golf enthusiasts on set looked at each other in sheer boredom as we discussed whether it’s best to use a knife instead of a pistol.
So while my enthusiasm about the sport he plays is low, this doesn’t take away how happy it makes me to see a man that has strong values, strong faith, and a happy-go-lucky attitude towards life succeed.
